Andrew Byers to join the Air Control Entech Team as Non Executive Director

This week Air Control Entech marks the beginning of a strategic growth initiative with the appointment Andrew Byers as Non Executive Director

[ABERDEEN, July 10^th, 2018] Andrew Byers will join Air Control Entech as our first Non-Executive Director this month. Working in the Oil and Gas technology space since 1998, Andrew brings a wealth of commercial, operational and general management skills.

The addition of Andrew to our team marks a new period in Air Control Entech’s story – the company is rapidly becoming an established player in the offshore inspection sector, both in the North Sea and globally (notably, in West Africa). Our three main UAV technologies are now commercially viable and ready for deployment. Andrew will be critical to our success as we move from laying the groundwork of the company through an R&D-led period to scaling the company through strategic sales initiatives.

Spending the last 7 years in various senior roles in a NASDAQ listed public company, Andrew has been instrumental in building both revenue and profitability. With previous experience reporting at board level within a venture funded business and in facilitating the sale and integration an owner managed business to a listed company, Andrew adds support to the Directors on growing and developing the business.
