The right person will ensure the smooth running of our company’s offices, contributing to driving sustainable growth. They will undertake administrative tasks, joining our team and ensuring they have adequate support to work efficiently.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General administration;
  • Document control
  • Sales force support
  • Manage phone calls & correspondence

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
