Air Control Entech provides a range of inspection, survey, and monitoring services using advanced robotics and drone technology. The specific services to be provided under any agreement will be detailed in a corresponding service contract or proposal.
To ensure the effective delivery of our services, clients must:
Fees for our services will be outlined in the service contract or proposal. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service contract.
Air Control Entech will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services. This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained in the course of the service provision, except where disclosure is required by law or mutually agreed upon in writing.
All intellectual property developed or utilised by Air Control Entech in the course of providing services, including but not limited to reports, data, software, and methodologies, remain the property of Air Control Entech unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party commits a material breach of the Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination become immediately due.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Air Control Entech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
