Andrew Byers, ACEs Non-Executive Director receives nomination by IoD

[ABERDEEN, April 1st, 2019] Air Control Entech (ACE) is delighted to announce that Andrew Byers, ACE’s first appointed Non-Executive Director has been shortlisted by the Institute of Directors in Scotland for a prestigious Director of the Year (Non-Executive) award.

Andrew joined ACE in July of 2018 and has worked closely with ACE Founder & MD Kieran Hope since coming on board. His guidance and expertise has been instrumental in a number of critical milestones the company has achieved in the year since, including the successful raising of a significant EIS investment round.

Andrew spent the 7 years prior to joining ACE in various senior roles at a NASDAQ listed public company. Prior experience reporting at board level within a venture funded business and facilitating the sale and integration an owner managed business to a listed company will be critical to ACE as new growth opportunities are identified, and we’re delighted to see Andrew’s work and value recognised with this prestigious award.
